Sentara Health is seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, optimize, and support enterprise security technologies across a large, complex environment.

The role emphasizes Secure Service Edge (SSE), Zero Trust, and Zscaler platforms, while interfacing with network, cloud, identity, endpoint, and infrastructure teams. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and architectural leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Zscaler certifications and security credentials are preferred (CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, Microsoft Security/Azure, CISSP or Security+).
• Extensive hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience across SSE/SASE, Zero Trust, and enterprise security technologies.
