DCS Corp. is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer to support the AFLCMC/ESG division, focusing on RMF, A&A, and risk-based security for C2ISR and military networks. You will lead security documentation, RMF implementation, and secure architecture in DoD environments.

Applicants should have U.S. citizenship, a BS/BA in a related field, and a Top-Secret clearance, with extensive DoD experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• BS/BA Degree plus extensive DoD experience (e.g., 20 years) in related field.
• Active Top-Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of security documentation per DoD guidance (RMF, A&A, SSP, SP/PP).
• Oversee RMF implementation including ATO/ATC, reciprocity, and continuous monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership for secure architecture in DoD networks and CDS/CSfC environments.
• Manage DoD RMF artifacts and eMASS packages, ensuring compliance and traceability.
• Advise leadership and stakeholders on security tradeoffs and risk mitigation.
