Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T) seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / ISSO to provide cybersecurity engineering, assurance, vulnerability management, and incident response for U.S. Government systems. You will work with government leadership and cross‑functional teams to maintain a strong security posture.

The role requires DoD policy expertise, STIG assessment, and experience with Defender, SIEMs, and eMASS. A Secret clearance and Advanced proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressively responsible cybersecurity, information assurance, or ISSO experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and DoD 8140/DCWF Work Role requirements.
• Experience with DoD cybersecurity policies and STIGs.
• Experience in vulnerability tracking, remediation, and reporting.
• Experience supporting incident response and Secure Windows/Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform ISSO/ISSM support for systems and networks.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, plans, and artifacts.
• Support DISA STIGs implementation and security configurations.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation with admins and engineers.
• Support incident identification, response, and investigations.
• Assist in SAAR processes and trusted agent functions.
• Maintain cybersecurity architecture, SOPs, and documentation.
