Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T) is seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / ISSO to provide cybersecurity engineering, information assurance, vulnerability management, incident response, and security compliance support for the U.S. Government.

You will work with Government cybersecurity leadership and A3T teams to maintain the security posture of customer systems and services. The role emphasizes DoD/USMC requirements, STIGs assessment, SAAR support, and coordination across IT

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• 7–10+ years in cybersecurity, IA or ISSO roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience with DISA STIGs and RMF/NIST 800-53.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ISSO/ISSM cybersecurity support for systems and networks.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, plans, and security artifacts.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Cloud Engineers.
• Support SAAR processes and other user-access security requirements.
• Operate and monitor Microsoft Defender and Government-approved security tools.
• Develop After Action Reports and lessons learned after significant incidents.
