Job summary

Gosnaphop in Arlington, TX is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to help shape and implement the organization’s cybersecurity architecture. This hands-on role will assess security gaps, build and maintain protective systems, respond to incidents, and provide technical guidance to other IT team members.

The position leads with security design and incident response, requires 6–10 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, and offers on-site work with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Experience with SIEM, DLP, and IPS technologies.
• Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy security solutions that support business needs and compliance requirements.
• Assess the environment, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend practical improvements.
• Develop and maintain security policies, technical standards, and operating procedures.
• Build and support security capabilities using SIEM, data loss prevention, intrusion prevention, and related tools.
• Monitor security systems, manage access and provisioning activities, and investigate incidents.
• Help resolve urgent production security issues through occasional on-call support.
• Guide other IT professionals on secure practices and cybersecurity projects.
