Qualifications

• Typically a minimum of 8 years of relevant cyber security experience.
• Experience with incident and vulnerability management and security guidance.
• Preferred certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CGRC).
• Hands-on experience across domains such as IAM, networks, software development, SIEM, automation, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on complex security issues for BC employees and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes via automation or efficiency.
• Perform scripting and debugging to automate security tasks.
• Investigate and respond to alerts, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
• Guide security architecture and drive compliance with frameworks like SOC2 and CMMC.
