Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to design, implement, and support complex security solutions while strengthening our compliance posture across SOC 2, CMMC, and client requirements. You will lead incident response, vulnerability management, and secure software practices with minimal oversight.

You will partner with technical and business teams to reduce risk, enable secure client solutions, and mentor teammates as the security program evolves.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of relevant cyber security experience.
• Experience with incident and vulnerability management and security guidance.
• CISSP, CISA, CRISC or CGRC certifications preferred.

• Design, build, and automate security solutions and tooling across the environment.
• Investigate and respond to alerts, incidents, and vulnerabilities using playbooks.
• Drive compliance and control maturity against SOC 2, CMMC, and client requirements; assist audits and remediation.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver secure capabilities; mentor teammates.
