Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong experience with security software and business process design.
• Experience leading cross-functional solution design teams.
• Hands-on automation of security workflows using SOAR and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Designs, improves, and documents threat response processes and trains team on new processes, automation, and AI.
• Governs automation and AI adoption across threat response including use case reviews and de-duplication.
• Partners with cybersecurity and business units to align solutions with goals.
• Leads projects advancing the Threat Response Organization capabilities.
• Builds and integrates automation/AI into response workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Develops data, reporting, and visibility to drive decisions and surface opportunities.
• Participates in other duties or projects as assigned.
