The role focuses on engineering judgment, driving TR initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to safeguard company systems and customer data while aligning with business goals and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience (required).
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience (required).
• Acceptable areas: Computer Science or Information Technology (required).
• 4-7 years in security software or business process design (preferred).
• 4-7 years in technical project management and cross-functional design (preferred).
• 4-7 years in SOC or IR with SIEM/SOAR/EDR knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drives delivery of advanced security strategies and tools across TR, tracking SOC/IR initiatives to completion.
• Identifies technical risks, blockers, and dependencies; drives mitigation to protect systems and data.
• Collaborates with IT and business teams to align with TR goals.
• Maintains the TR roadmap by monitoring readiness across people, process, and technology.
• Participates in other duties or projects as assigned by management.
