Job summary

Technogen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to design security architectures, harden infrastructure, and build automation across Microsoft, Azure, and cloud security platforms for our clients.

The role focuses on elevating clients' security posture through hands-on engineering, threat detection, and platform administration, with frequent client interaction and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cybersecurity engineering and security architecture experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Security Stack, Azure Security, M365 Security, Sentinel and Defender Suite.
• Strong focus on closing security gaps and building resilient security environments.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will design security architectures, harden infrastructure, and build automation across Microsoft, Azure, and cloud security platforms for our clients.

You will be responsible for elevating our clients' security posture through hands-on engineering, threat detection, and platform administration.

In this role, you will:

The top candidate will have the following skills:

• 6+ years' experience in cybersecurity engineering and security architecture
• Experience with Microsoft Security Stack; Azure Security; M365 Security; Sentinel; Defender Suite; Identity Security; Zero Trust Architecture
• A passion for building resilient, well-architected security environments
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical design discussions
• An undying concern about closing security gaps before they become incidents
• A willingness to stay current on emerging threats and security platform capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- this is a client-facing role that involves frequent interaction via email, calls, and meetings
