1000 Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Domain Architect to lead Architecture for Network Security, Endpoint Security, and Detection & Response.

You will set the direction for how Micron designs, deploys, and operates these domains and serve as the go-to design authority for engineering and security leadership. You will guide strategy, standards, and roadmaps, drive Zero Trust and defense-in-depth, and mentor teams while collaborating with CSO and CISO stakeholders on

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience in architecture and engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in network security, endpoint security, and detection & response in large enterprises.
• Experience developing security reference architectures, standards, governance models, and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, and frameworks like NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001.
• Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, and modern network security platforms.
• Understanding AI security risks and extending detection/response to AI agents.
• Excellent communication and leadership for executive briefings.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve reference architectures, standards, design principles, and multi-year roadmaps for Network Security, Endpoint Security, and Detection & Response.
• Serve as the enterprise security design authority, conducting architecture reviews and approving security designs for new initiatives and technologies.
• Define technology strategies, evaluation criteria, and platform selections across EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, network security, and related controls.
• Drive Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, segmentation, secure access, endpoint protection, and detection engineering strategies.
• Ensure detection and response architectures support rapid investigation, containment, recovery, and cyber resiliency objectives.
• Partner with AI Enablement and security leadership to develop detection and response for AI systems and autonomous agents.
• Produce security risk assessments, identify control gaps, and recommend remediation strategies for proposed solutions.
• Mentor architects and engineers while serving as the senior domain expert for complex cybersecurity decisions and executive briefings.
