Job summary

NR Labs LLC is seeking a Sr. Cybersecurity Automation Architect to serve as the technical authority for a federal cybersecurity modernization program.

You will design automated, standards-based security services across AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov, and GCP, deploying a multi-cloud GSS with centralized cloud administration and policy-driven controls. You will translate regulatory requirements into machine-readable code, build automation frameworks, and operationalize PaC pipelines to enforce RMF, NIST

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in systems engineering and cybersecurity with 7+ years security automation, cloud engineering and architecture.
• 5+ years as lead technical authority on enterprise projects for security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead GSS architecture across AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP.
• Architect and deploy automation frameworks using IaC, Python, JSON, and AWS boto3.
• Translate security requirements into automated, version-controlled code (RMF/NIST/DISA STIG).
• Integrate PaC/automation into continuous monitoring and cloud-native services.
• Deliver milestones: Automation Frameworks (180 days), PaC (270 days), Monitoring Dashboards (270 days).
• Drive KPIs: reduce manual security enforcement, automate controls, maximize real-time visibility.
