Job summary

Lexical Intelligence is seeking a senior Governance, Risk & Compliance / Cloud Security SME to lead the security posture of a cloud-native NIH system deployed in AWS across multiple accounts. You will own the ATO package in JCAM, advise on configuration management, and coordinate contingency and incident response planning for a complex biomedical data platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years information security with federal system experience.
• Experience with NIST RMF, SSPs, and control implementation statements.
• Hands-on AWS multi-account security including IAM, logging, encryption.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the ATO package in JCAM; reflect as-built environment.
• Advise on change/configuration management and perform security impact analyses.
• Coordinate contingency planning and incident response activities per NIH/HHS requirements.
• Provide cloud security guidance to DevOps, data scientists, and leadership.
