Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Architect to lead enterprise security strategy and architecture across hybrid environments. You will advise senior leaders, design secure architectures, and drive security-enabled transformation for global clients.

The role requires strong communication skills, mastery of security frameworks, and the ability to mentor cross-functional teams. Travel and in-person collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cyber security, including security architecture and leadership.
• Designing enterprise security architectures across hybrid, cloud and legacy environments.
• Translate technical risks into business decisions for senior leaders.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK.
• Mentor teams and drive large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise security architecture and reference architectures that align with client goals.
• Advise CISOs and senior leaders on cyber strategy and technology trade-offs.
• Lead security architecture across hybrid environments and cloud adoption efforts.
