Job summary

LSAC is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to protect LSAC's network, Microsoft cloud environment, and intellectual property. The role leads design, deployment, and tuning of DLP policies across Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoints, while ensuring compliance with SOC 2, PCI DSS, and audits.

The ideal candidate will mentor team members, drive security awareness, and partner with departments to strengthen security governance and response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years IT experience, with 5+ years in IT security and Azure/M365.
• Experience designing and managing Microsoft Purview and DLP policies.

Responsibilities

• Improve LSAC security policies, procedures, and the formal Security Systems Program.
• Own DLP policy design and deployment across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure data sources.
• Develop and maintain LSAC's data classification framework to protect PII and confidential data.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve DLP alerts; report data-handling risk trends to IT leadership.
• Lead integration of Purview, Defender, and Azure telemetry with SIEM to build detections and playbooks.
