Job summary

LSAC is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to protect LSAC’s network, Microsoft cloud environment, and test data. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for Purview, DLP, and Azure security, leading design and implementation of controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoints.

You will collaborate across departments, monitor threats, and mentor staff, while ensuring audits and regulatory requirements are met. The role offers a hybrid work model in Newtown, PA and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years IT experience with 5+ years in IT security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and 365 security controls and DLP.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and tuning of DLP policies across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Develop and maintain data classification and sensitivity labels to protect PII and confidential data.
• Triage and investigate security alerts; report data-handling risk trends to IT leadership.
• Mentor Cybersecurity team members and lead security initiatives from planning to implementation.
