BCC Software seeks a Security Analyst to advance its cybersecurity program, defining and reporting on security controls across Windows, Azure, and cloud environments. You will work with the MDR provider and internal teams to reduce cyber risk and ensure governance, auditing, and incident response readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity operations.
• Strong knowledge of secure network architecture.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure security.
• Familiarity with CSF 2.0 and CIS Controls.
• Experience with SOC 2 Type II audits.
• Strong communication skills.
• MITRE ATT&CK awareness.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen identity security using Entra ID, CA, MFA, and PIM.
• Deploy and improve Defender XDR, Sentinel, and Intune security.
• Oversee the MDR provider and service reviews.
• Lead incident response and playbooks.
• Establish Azure guardrails and Defender for Cloud policies.
• Manage data protection with Purview labeling and DLP.
• Enforce AI Usage Policy for Copilot risks.
• Manage third-party security risk and due diligence.
• Handle security ticket workflows and SLAs.
• Create security documentation and risk registers.
• Align program with CSF 2.0, CIS Controls, SOC 2 Type II.
• Validate ransomware resilience with backups.
• Lead security awareness training across teams.
• Provide backup support for network/server/cloud.
• Assist with budgets and purchases.
• Liaise with security/IT teams at partner firms.
• Develop security reports and dashboards.
