Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) seeks a Cybersecurity Staff Action Officer to support the DoW CISO at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

This full-time onsite role requires interaction with senior DoW officials and a highly organized, proactive work style. Responsibilities include overseeing CISO projects, refining governance frameworks, drafting senior-level materials, and coordinating actions across levels to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required.
• Master’s degree in information systems, cybersecurity, or related field with 10+ years of staff experience (or 12+ years with a Bachelor’s).
• Experience distilling and briefing complex topics for senior leader decision-making.
• Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting senior DoW leaders or GO/FO/SES clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and report on the timely execution, quality, and completeness of CISO projects and taskers.
• Develop and refine project management frameworks, tools, processes, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to advance actions and milestones.
• Prepare materials for senior level information and decision making; draft talking points and briefings.
• Coordinate with senior leaders; present issues in increasingly senior forums.
