Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Training Subject Matter Expert to join our team in Virginia, Florida, Maryland, and other key locations. The Technical Training SME will leverage their strong technical background to engineer cutting-edge capabilities and serve as the foundational pillar for our program's educational initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans; monitoring training programs; providing subject matter

Qualifications

Experience developing training pipelines for OCO and DCO operations.
Ability to adapt plans to meet service and operational challenges.
Evidence of instructional hours, certifications, or direct operational experience.
Willingness to travel up to 75% annually.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate employee training plans and programs for cyber needs.
Monitor training programs, assess needs, and modify curriculum to improve efficiency.
Provide subject matter guidance to associates, colleagues, and customers on technical challenges.
Make technical recommendations based on data to drive program innovation.
Integrate best practices to achieve cyber capabilities and training objectives.
Adapt departmental plans and set priorities to meet service and operational challenges.
Identify and resolve moderately complex technical problems across software development and cyber ops.
