Job summary

Knowmadics is seeking a Technical Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, execute, and deliver MSI training and technology programs. The SME will support planning, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions while providing technical support to customers.

The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, expanding MSI cyber capabilities, and coordinating resources to adopt new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent operational U.S. Military Special Operations in EW, HFTTL, UAS and/or Communications experience.
• Experience in training, technical and analytical work for telecommunication systems, services and EW procedures.
• Experience planning testing, fielding, and training of EW systems and tactics, techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work independently in remote or office environments with little supervision.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License and a U.S. State Department Passport.
• Ability to pass random drug testing for DoD clearance requirements.
• Eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance – U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain integrated software and hardware solutions.
• Assist with MSI-managed network systems to deliver training programs.
• Expand MSI's cyber capabilities and service offerings for existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to attract new customers and support business growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and partners to obtain hardware, software, and expertise for new technologies.
• Identify and evaluate technologies to develop new programs and services and protect information.
• Communicate with the Knowmadics team to support training and R&D.
• Help develop best practices for Cyber Operations and EW capabilities for exercises and training.
• Support joint exercises, training events, field tests, and modeling activities.
