Job summary

Knowmadics is seeking a Technical Development Subject Matter Expert to design, deliver, and support MSI training and technology programs. The SME will assist with planning and implementing software and hardware solutions and provide technical support to customers.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams, travel up to 50%, and the ability to work independently in various environments. A relevant degree or equivalent military operational experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain integrated software and hardware solutions.
• Assist with implementing MSI-managed network systems to deliver trainings.
• Expand MSI’s cyber capabilities and service offerings for existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to attract new customers and support business growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain hardware, software, and expertise for new technologies.
• Identify and evaluate current and emerging technologies to develop new programs and services.
