Job summary

Nightwing leads a critical cyber triage operation to rapidly assess and route threat intelligence reports. The Lead IR Manager will supervise a 10–15 analyst team, develop SOPs, and ensure high-quality triage practices across interagency and sector partners.

The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity or threat intelligence, strong leadership, and excellent communication to brief senior leadership. TS/SCI clearance and a strong FBI/CISA coordination background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, threat intel, or SOC environments.
• Experience leading 10–15 person teams and coordinating with federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 10-15 person cyber triage team with coverage and readiness.
• Establish SOPs for ticket intake, triage, escalation, and QA of triage output.
• Coordinate with CISA, FBI, NSA and interagency partners for threat response.
• Provide daily briefings to JCDC leadership and develop metrics dashboards.
• Oversee training programs and act as escalation point for complex threats.
