Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a JCDC TFAN Lead to oversee a team of 10-15 analysts in rapid threat triage, coordinating with federal partners and ISACs. You will establish SOPs, drive incident triage, and provide senior leadership with situational awareness and metrics-driven insights.

The role requires a decade in cybersecurity operations, at least 3 years in leadership, and deep knowledge of TTPs, NIST/SANS frameworks, and MITRE ATT&CK.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in cybersecurity operations, threat intel, or SOC.
• Three or more years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Deep understanding of cyber threats, attack vectors, and TTPs.
• Experience coordinating with federal agencies and interagency groups.
• Knowledge of NIST/SANS incident response frameworks.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and analytic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10-15 cyber triage analysts, ensuring coverage and readiness.
• Establish SOPs for ticket intake, triage, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate with CISA, FBI, NSA, and interagency partners for information sharing.
• Oversee QA of triage assessments and analyst recommendations.
• Conduct daily operational briefings and provide situational awareness to leadership.
• Manage team training programs and professional development initiatives.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or sensitive threat intel.
• Develop and maintain metrics dashboards tracking triage performance and trends.
• Participate in strategic planning for triage capability enhancement.
• Foster relationships with ISACs and private sector partners.
