Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a JCDC TFAN Lead to oversee a team of 10-15 analysts in rapid threat triage, coordinating with federal partners and ISACs. You will establish SOPs, drive incident triage, and provide senior leadership with situational awareness and metrics-driven insights.

The role requires a decade in cybersecurity operations, at least 3 years in leadership, and deep knowledge of TTPs, NIST/SANS frameworks, and MITRE ATT&CK.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in cybersecurity operations, threat intel, or SOC.
• Three or more years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Deep understanding of cyber threats, attack vectors, and TTPs.
• Experience coordinating with federal agencies and interagency groups.
• Knowledge of NIST/SANS incident response frameworks.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and analytic techniques.

As part of the Engagement Support Services (ESS) contract, this program enables analysts to quickly access the tools and environments they need to investigate cyber threats affecting federal agencies, state and local governments, and critical infrastructure. Working on this team means directly supporting the nation's cybersecurity defenders by ensuring they have reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure available within hours of a cyber incident—helping protect America's digital infrastructure when it matters most.The JCDC TFAN (Triage, Fusion Analysis, and Notification) Lead will oversee the operational execution of the JCDC's initial threat triage function, managing a team of analysts responsible for the rapid assessment, prioritization, and routing of cyber threat intelligence and incident reports.
