Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Cyber Threat Analyst to support the I&R team within the Corporate Sector's Chief Information & Digital Office. You will analyze threats, perform triage, and develop countermeasures against sophisticated cyber adversaries.

The role requires current Top Secret clearance with SCI access and polygraph, 4+ years in cyber threat analysis, and hands-on experience with log analysis, scripting, and briefing senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors in Science, or 6 years with Masters, or 4 years with PhD.
• Current U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI access and recent polygraph (adjudicated within 5 years).
• Experience with two or more analysis tools used in a CIRT or similar investigative environment.
• Minimum 4 years of experience analyzing log data in intrusion/cyber operations.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Python, Perl or other scripting language.

Responsibilities

• Analytical triage and prioritization of concurrent cyber events and log data.
• Develop and run customized scripts to facilitate analysis and write detailed reports.
• Brief findings to technical and non-technical senior management.
