Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 5 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of adversary tradecraft and cyber operations as a tool of statecraft.
• Experience with U.S. government cybersecurity agencies and intelligence relationships.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated MITRE ATT&CK usage in operational environments.
• Familiarity with all-source intelligence databases and analytic tools.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply cyber intelligence expertise to sponsor problems, from defensive cyber ops to critical infrastructure.
• Explain how cyber intelligence fits mission needs and key security functions.
• Guide sponsors in building cyber intelligence capabilities and programs.
• Review sponsor tools and recommend best practices and AI integrations.
• Propose R&D to advance CTI state of the art.
• Contribute to MITRE ATT&CK to help the cybersecurity community.
• Demonstrate expertise in intrusion, malware, threat actor profiling, infrastructure, and campaigns.
• Evaluate CTI tools, data sources, automation, AI/ML to improve collection and analysis.
• Develop approaches to integrating CTI with threat hunting, detection, incident response, and risk analysis.
