Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; 7 years with a Masters degree; 4 years can substitute for a BA.
• Professional certifications in security and cyber intelligence are required or achievable before start date.
• Strong writing and briefing skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge of adversarial cyber actors, historical activity, and current threats.
• Experience researching classified systems and using OSINT resources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cyber threats from state and non-state actors to identify trends and TTPs.
• Conduct in-depth research on classified systems and leverage OSINT to assess threats.
• Provide cybersecurity briefings and consultations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor adversarial activity and assess implications for USG personnel and critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance situational awareness and defense posture.
• Assess malware, intrusion techniques, and exploit trends using technical expertise.
