Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant threat hunting/adversary analysis experience.
• Expert knowledge of adversary TTPs and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience leading complex hunt campaigns and identifying malicious activity.
• Current TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Experience in a DoD/IC environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for proactive threat hunting within the SOC.
• Lead development of SOC threat-hunting methodology and processes.
• Proactively search enterprise telemetry for indicators of compromise.
• Develop and direct advanced hunt campaigns based on threat intel and analytics.
• Translate hunt findings into actionable defensive improvements and detections.
• Mentor threat analysts and provide leadership for exercises and training.
• Identify telemetry gaps and work with engineering to improve coverage.
