Job summary

Invictus International is seeking a Cybersecurity Threat Analyst Subject Matter Expert IV to serve as the senior technical authority for proactive threat hunting within the SOC in Alexandria, VA. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility and hands-on leadership of hunt campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 4 years may substitute for degree.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on threat hunting and adversary analysis experience.
• Experience leading complex hunt campaigns.
• Expert knowledge of adversary TTPs, MITRE ATT&CK, and telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for proactive threat hunting.
• Lead development of the SOC threat-hunting methodology and hunt lifecycle.
• Proactively search enterprise telemetry for indicators of compromise.
• Develop and direct advanced hunt campaigns based on threat intelligence.
• Assess models and determine if patterns indicate adversary activity or benign behavior.
• Mentor threat analysts and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure hunt findings are transitioned to incident response and defense teams.
