Job summary

MANTECH in Washington, DC seeks a seasoned Test and Evaluation Cyber Expert to join our security-conscious team. This hybrid role includes one onsite day per month and opportunities across cyber resilience, NIST, and CVPA testing.

You will review requirements, develop test plans, perform analyses, and advise government clients on risk and compliance while working with cross‑agency teams. Active Secret clearance and strong cyber T&E background are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Test and Evaluation experience with a significant portion dedicated to cyber security testing.
• Ability to teach T&E topics, particularly in cyber security testing methodologies.
• Technical writing experience documenting cybersecurity test plans, penetration test reports, and vulnerability findings.
• Experience on a DoD or DHS acquisition program performing cyber resilience testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational T&E expertise on cyber security systems and data protection testing.
• Perform T&E technical analysis on cyber systems, OT security, CVPA testing, and adversarial assessments.
• Analyze and input to T&E Master Plans emphasizing cyber resilience and NIST SP 800-53 controls.
• Collaborate with government clients on WIPTs to monitor milestones and risk mitigation.
• Review acquisition documents addressing cybersecurity requirements and threat modeling.
• Provide cyber resilience guidance to T&E documents and test plans.
• Teach Cyber Resilience T&E topics in workshops or classes.
