Job summary

Assurit seeks a Cyber Tools Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer to design, develop, and manage T&E programs for advanced cyber capabilities. Hybrid work in Linthicum, MD with a TS/SCI clearance and DoD experience will be essential.

You will develop Test Plans and TEMP amendments, lead technical testing efforts, and provide data-driven analysis. Strong communication and time management are required for success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Attention to detail and testing methodologies.
• Experience with DoD Test and Evaluation activities.
• Develop Test Plans, test use cases, and reports.
• Experience with software testing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand program documentation and requirements for capability development and testing.
• Review RMA parameters and specs to ensure testability.
• Develop briefings on operational test strategies and risk reduction.
• Develop modifications to TEMP and related T&E documents.
• Determine COI, MOE, MOS, and MOP metrics.
• Develop calibration solutions for data analysis.
• Provide engineering leadership for product testing and analysis.
