Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, seeks a Senior Cyber Software Engineer with strong cyber capability development and integration expertise within an Agile cyber product team. You will drive requirements, design, integration, and testing of cyber capabilities for Linux-based tactical systems.

The role requires DoD clearance eligibility and up to 10% travel, offering exposure to advanced radar and naval programs in a dynamic, engineering-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field from an accredited college.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong Linux command line proficiency and troubleshooting.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (Ansible, Python, PowerShell).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform full systems engineering lifecycle with focus on cyber capability development.
• Develop requirements, design documentation, and capability integration.
• Lead testing, integration, and regression testing of cyber solutions.
• Support delivery of Linux-based tactical systems across programs.
