Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance and ability to maintain
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent with 9 years’ experience; or 7 years with master’s.
• DoD 8570 baseline certification for IAT Level II or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong MBSE background and requirements decomposition.
• Experience in Agile development environments using JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to plan, design, develop, validate, and verify cybersecurity solutions across the system lifecycle.
• Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling and vulnerability analysis.
• Develop and analyze design constraints and trade‑offs for cyber domain systems.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity engineers, system architects, and developers to oversee robust solutions.
• Perform cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware/software to verify compliance with specs.
• Employ cybersecurity processes, methods, and tools consistently.
• Support proposals with inputs to technical volumes and cost estimates.
