Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Principal Cyber Systems Administrator to join our team. The role involves supporting IT systems, managing infrastructure, and ensuring reliable operations across client/server/storage/network devices. Top candidates will hold TS/SCI with Polygraph and have extensive experience with UNIX and Windows environments.

Relocation is not required; travel is up to 10%. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to national security

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT systems: implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Managing daily IT configuration and operation of systems.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Support day-to-day operations, monitoring and resolution for client/server/storage/network devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Support day-to-day operations, monitoring and resolution for devices and networks.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Configure UNIX and Windows OS and install system software, improving reliability.
