Job summary

EYSecurity is seeking a Senior Consultant in EY's Cyber Strategy practice to evaluate cybersecurity programs, strengthen risk management and governance, and develop practical strategies supporting business objectives. The role spans multiple industries and focuses on strategy, operating models, and transformation.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field with 3–5 years of experience; or a graduate degree with 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and strategy development.
• Knowledge of frameworks like NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
• Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements with client teams.
• Assist with assessments, interviews, workshops, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, maturity assessments, and roadmaps.
• Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and reports for diverse audiences.
