Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to design, implement, and monitor security controls across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will act as the security liaison between IT and business teams, drive incident response, and mentor Security and IT staff.

The role requires 10+ years in security, deep experience with SIEM/EDR/firewalls, and strong MITRE ATT&CK knowledge. Occasional after‑hours support may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of security‑specific work experience.
• Hands‑on experience with security technologies including SIEM, IDPs, EDR software, proxies, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of penetration testing, network security, patch management, and attack techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute information security strategies with IT leadership.
• Protect NOW Health Group’s on‑premises and cloud systems, networks, and applications.
• Act as a technical point of contact during security incidents.
• Contain, investigate, remediate, and document information security incidents.
• Research threat actors, tactics, techniques, procedures, malware, and IoCs.
• Assess, monitor, and report IT vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and analyze security reports to drive secure behaviors.
• Perform forensic analysis.
• Assist in developing security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in IT project management and delivery.
• Stay up to date on latest security technologies and vendors.
• Provide mentorship and training to Security and IT Teams.
• Some after-hours and on‑call support will be required.
