The role requires 5–10 years of cybersecurity experience, MSP familiarity, and current certifications. Expertise in DLP/EDR/XDR/SOAR/SIEM and Azure cloud security is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field required.
• 5–10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with MSPs and cloud security practices (Azure).
• Knowledge of NIST, CIS Controls, and SOC2 frameworks.
• Current information security certifications (CISSP, CSSLP, CCFP, CISM).
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical terms to customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations and ensure timely remediation of incidents.
• Lead security policy development and compliance with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and SOC2.
• Monitor and respond to threats using DLP, EDR, XDR, SOAR, and SIEM tools.
• Evaluate new security products and services as needed.
• Coordinate audits and MSP relationships.
• Support cloud security practices and DevSecOps initiatives.
