Job summary

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Cyber Security Evaluation Team (CSET) Member (Cyber Security, Senior Associate) to support the Department of Defense (DoD) National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC).

The National Cyber Range Complex provides training, cyber risk assessments, and testing. The role is on-site at Patuxent River, Maryland, with a 5‑day on-site schedule and potential for a compressed work schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of pen testing and red team experience with on-net assessments.
• Experience with Metasploit, Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, NMAP and Core Impact.
• Knowledge of IP network protocols, subnetting, routing, and switching.
• Certifications: C|EH and CISSP or equivalents; willingness to obtain OSCE/OSCP/GXPN within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform adversarial threat emulation (Red Teaming) and penetration testing on aeronautical systems and networks.
• Assess government networks including Windows domains, Linux systems, routers, and switches.
• Develop and apply advanced penetration testing concepts and techniques.
• Identify vulnerabilities affecting operational networks and programs.
