Constellation seeks an engineering cybersecurity expert to provide senior-level cyber security support for nuclear plant operations and fleet initiatives. You will lead sub-teams, coordinate IT and site teams, and oversee NRC/FERC/NERC cyber security programs to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in IT/engineering with at least 3 years in cyber security, nuclear experience, and a track record in change management for new technologies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering related discipline with 10 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber security
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or Engineering related discipline with 12 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber security
• High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber security
• Nuclear related experience
• Experience in change management techniques with new technology implementation

Mansioni

• Serves as a sub-team leader for fleet cyber security initiatives
• Coordinate Information Technology (IT) and site teams to implement and administer the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) mandated cyber security program
• Serve as primary contact IT and site teams to implement and administer the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)/North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) mandated cyber security program
• Perform Cyber assessments as required by the NRC/FERC/NERC cyber security programs
• Support the sites in testing and issue resolution associated with the cyber security programs
• Maintain awareness of trends and issues in area of technical expertise; evaluate new technologies or technology opportunities and provide analysis of their potential impact to the business
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department
