Constellation seeks a senior Cyber Security Engineer to provide expert support for nuclear plant operations and lead cyber security initiatives across the fleet. You will coordinate IT and site teams to implement mandated cyber programs and drive technical decisions in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires a strong background in cyber security within IT/engineering, nuclear experience, and leadership of sub-project efforts to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering related discipline with 10 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber security.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or Engineering related discipline with 12 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber security.
• High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber security.

Aufgaben

• Serves as a sub-team leader for fleet cyber security initiatives.
• Coordinate Information Technology (IT) and site teams to implement and administer the NRC/FERC/NERC mandated cyber security program.
• Serve as primary contact IT and site teams to implement and administer the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)/North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) mandated cyber security program.
• Perform Cyber assessments as required by the NRC/FERC/NERC cyber security programs.
• Support the sites in testing and issue resolution associated with the cyber security programs.
• Maintain awareness of trends and issues in area of technical expertise; evaluate new technologies or technology opportunities and provide analysis of their potential impact to the business.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
