Job summary

Constellation is seeking an engineering cybersecurity expert to provide senior-level guidance for nuclear plant operations, including cyber security program implementation and testing. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering related discipline with 10 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber security
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or Engineering related discipline with 12 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber security
• High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in IT or engineering with at least 3 years in cyber security
• Nuclear related experience
• Experience in change management techniques with new technology implementation
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Responsibilities

• Serves as a sub-team leader for fleet cyber security initiatives
• Coordinate Information Technology (IT) and site teams to implement and administer the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) mandated cyber security program.
• Serve as primary contact IT and site teams to implement and administer the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)/North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) mandated cyber security program.
• Perform Cyber assessments as required by the NRC/FERC/NERC cyber security programs.
• Support the sites in testing and issue resolution associated with the cyber security programs.
• Maintain awareness of trends and issues in area of technical expertise; evaluate new technologies or technology opportunities and provide analysis of their potential impact to the business.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
