Parsons in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer / ISSO for the Federal Solutions team, supporting the Ground-based Midcourse Dense program on-site. The role requires RMF/IA expertise and experience delivering Security Plans, IATT, ATC, and ATO documentation across the system lifecycle.

Candidates will validate security requirements, perform vulnerability analyses, manage RMF artifacts in eMASS, and coordinate with cyber teams to ensure timely delivery of CDRL artifacts.

Competenze

• Experience analyzing complex problems and providing actionable recommendations.
• Ability to apply RMF/IA to program artifacts and processes.
• Proven capability to lead planning and implementation of large programs.

Mansioni

• Develop system security packages including SSPs, IATT, ATC, and ATO documents.
• Validate security requirements and suggest additional safeguards as needed.
• Review audits and monitor corrective actions through closure.
• Update security artifacts and ensure RMF artifacts are loaded in eMASS.
• Coordinate with cyber teams to deliver CDRL artifacts and maintain quality.
• Perform vulnerability and risk analyses relating to information systems security.
• Track POA&Ms and ensure timely delivery of security artifacts.
• Lead and mentor Associate and Junior ISSOs; support strategic planning.
