Job summary

COLSA Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst (RMF/ISSO Lead) to oversee RMF activities and ATO processes. The role includes supervising a cybersecurity team, coordinating with system and network admins, and supporting continuous monitoring across classified and unclassified networks.

The ideal candidate has a strong RMF background, DoD experience, and active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related DoD/DoW/DoJ experience.
• CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570 Level II/III.
• Strong RMF knowledge including A&A packages.
• Hands-on eMASS experience creating/updating system records.
• Thorough STIGs/SRGs knowledge.
• Knowledge of DoD/Army cyber policies and standards.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage RMF A&A activities and prepare authorization packages.
• Maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, and related artifacts in eMASS.
• Implement and monitor security controls to maintain compliance.
• Develop security CM plans and ISCM responsibilities.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability audits, and analyses.
• Monitor DISA STIGs/SRGs and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with admins and government teams to fix issues.
• Prepare documentation and reports to support RMF decisions.
• Provide mentoring to team members and supervise analysts.
