Freedom Technology Solutions Group in Denver, CO is seeking a motivated Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. You will support critical cybersecurity operations, monitor activity across systems, and respond to threats to protect digital infrastructure.

This role requires 5+ years in information security, active IAT Level II certification, and experience with Windows and Linux environments. You will work in a dynamic, 24x7 shift environment and collaborate across teams to strengthen

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security or related cyber experience.
• IAT Level II certification (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) required.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience across teams to drive a security agenda.

Responsibilities

• Provide detection, identification, and reporting of cyber-attacks and misuse.
• Analyze network traffic and system data for threats.
• Perform security event and incident correlation across sources.
• Conduct cyber incident triage to assess scope, urgency and impact.
• Document cyber incidents from detection to remediation.
• Operate in a 24x7 shift work environment.
