Freedom Technology Solutions Group in Denver, CO seeks a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threats across enterprise systems. The role requires strong technical background, collaboration across teams, and experience with CSOC operations.

Minimum qualifications include 5+ years in information security, active IAT Level II certification, and experience with Windows and Linux environments.

• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and understanding of databases.
• Experience with COTS technologies and current cybersecurity protocols used in CSOC.
• Experience working across teams to drive a security agenda and manage complex, intertwined projects.

Responsibilities

• Providing detection, identification, and reporting of possible cyber-attacks, intrusions, anomalous activities, and misuse activities.
• Characterizing and analyzing network traffic and system data to identify anomalous activity and potential threats.
• Performing security event and incident correlation using information from multiple enterprise sources.
• Executing cyber incident triage to determine scope, urgency, and potential impact while identifying vulnerabilities.
• Tracking and documenting cyber incidents from initial detection through final resolution and remediation.
• Analyzing and assessing damage to data and infrastructure from cyber incidents and performing trend analysis.
• Operating in a 24x7 Shift Work environment to ensure complete and functioning systems meet all requirements.

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in Denver, CO. The Senior Cyber Security Analyst will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support critical cybersecurity operations, monitoring and analyzing activity across systems to identify and respond to threats. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Clearance Requirements:

• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
