Ladders is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst for a remote, US-based role. You will monitor, investigate, and respond to escalated security events, strengthening detection and response capabilities through automation and proactive threat hunting.

Responsibilities include developing incident response playbooks, maintaining SIEM/EDR operations, and enhancing cloud security monitoring across AWS, Azure, and GCP while aligning with MITRE ATT&CK and NIST frameworks.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in security operations or incident response
• Hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR platforms
• Knowledge of scripting or automation (Python or PowerShell)
• Experience with cloud security monitoring in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and NIST frameworks
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Preferred certifications: GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, Security+, CySA+, or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical contact for escalated security events
• Monitor, investigate, and triage security alerts and events
• Develop and maintain automation for security workflows
• Create and optimize detection and response content in security platforms
