• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of related insight and experience.
• Experience with workforce planning and staffing analysis.
• Experience with SQL and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staffing models for Dispatch, Group Booking and Central Load Planning to forecast labor demands and provide staffing estimates.
• Identify, analyze and propose solutions to staffing issues and develop plans to improve scheduling.
• Assess operational and financial impact of changes including flight schedules, contract terms, regulatory changes, and technology.
• Use analytics to automate and improve IOC Organization reporting and daily processes.
• Complete ad hoc analyses and projects as assigned.
• Lead simultaneous, multi-region initiatives from initiation to completion across staffing, regulatory changes, and transformation programs.
