Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join the Security Team, securing software systems that support critical water infrastructure. You will embed security into the SDLC, conduct threat detection, and manage vulnerability programs while guiding DevSecOps practices.

You will collaborate with engineering to secure cloud-native environments, improve incident response, and strengthen overall security posture. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 years of cybersecurity experience required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced security monitoring, analyze alerts and traffic anomalies.
• Lead incident response for complex events including forensics and root-cause analysis.
• Design and execute vulnerability assessments and pen tests across infra and apps.
• Partner with IT and development teams to remediate vulnerabilities and strengthen secure coding in the SDLC.
• Review security controls for regulatory compliance and lead remediation.
• Research advanced threat actors and develop threat intelligence and defense strategies.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability development.
• Support enterprise security strategies aligned with business objectives.
