Amentum is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join our US remote GR&C team. You will own enterprise cyber risk assessments and articulate risk to business leadership to guide informed decisions.

The role emphasizes assessment-driven risk framing across networking, cloud, endpoints, and identity, collaborating with IT and engineering to manage risk in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 8 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years with a Master's.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise risk management and third-party cyber risk assessment.
• Current Security+ or equivalent certification; hands-on capability valued over credentials.
• US Citizenship required; US Remote-Telework within United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cyber risk assessments across the enterprise, evaluating confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
• Articulate cyber risk to leadership in business terms aligned with risk appetite.
• Lead cyber risk reviews (third-party risk, risk acceptance, software risk) and track AI development risk as it relates to cyber.
• Coordinate with Compliance to ensure coherent risk treatment across frameworks.
• Identify residual risk and specify risk reduction to stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvements in risk assessment methodology, evidence handling, and consistency of judgments.
