Amentum is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join our US-remote GR&C team. You will own enterprise cyber risk assessment work, translating complex risk into business terms for leadership and guiding acceptance, mitigation, or remediation decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on cybersecurity experience with risk assessment and evaluation of technology environments.
• Experience in enterprise risk management and third‑party cyber risk assessment.
• Current Security+ or equivalent certification; hands-on capability weighted more heavily than credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cyber risk assessments across the enterprise, identifying risk to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Articulate cyber risk to business and technical leadership in clear, decision-ready terms.
• Lead cyber risk reviews across a range of assessment types and track AI development as it relates to cyber risk.
• Coordinate with Compliance to ensure risk interpretations and treatments are coherent across frameworks.
• Evaluate cyber risk implications of networking, cloud, endpoint, and identity decisions.
• Articulate residual risk and specify the risk reduction required.
• Contribute a risk-posture perspective to enterprise scoping and architecture decisions.
• Improve GR&C processes: assessment methodology, intake, evidence handling, and consistency of risk judgments.
• Maintain current knowledge of cyber risk, threats, technology, and regulatory landscape.
• Travel up to 25 percent.
